Edo Japan - Airdrie: A Flavorful Fast Casual Dining Experience

Very rushed to order so wasn’t able to get everything I wanted. When received food hardly any veggies at all. Mostly rice. Very disappointed in this location for service and price for small amount of food received. Probably won’t come back here.

The only disappointment is getting the sushi.. (very poor quality) The staff is friendly and helpful The other dishes have always been great tasting.. The bathrooms are always clean and are handicap accessible I have been to this location over 15 times My favorite is the beef bowl..

Since eating at Edo, I've stopped at any location as the meal is good, and one can say the consistency is spot on. This location was o different, quiet early morning meal with the family. I left the space with my tummy full. I love it. . Well done. The staff was friendly, and it added to the overall experience. Note that this was my first time eating in at any Edo.

First time at this location. Food was great. I liked the reusable dishes, it made a fast food meal feel fancy. Will definitely come back.

Easily my favorite fast food. Great variety and high quality ingredients.. friendly staff and nice restaurant atmosphere! This location is great. *update August 15, 2019: they updated the interior and in is VERY nice.. hyper modern feel. Very friendly and fast service.. and they have a little shopping section at the front for snacks.

We come here quite often and the lady who works there regularly is always pleasant. Today though makes me want to leave a review. I came during busy lunchtime. I expected to wait but everything was so fast from taking order to getting my meal. Once everything calmed down, the lady came out to the floor to clean tables, and she asked all customers including me how the meal was :) Who does that at fast food restaurants!! I was so impressed that I had to write a review. The food is edo, but the service is amazing!

We absolutely love edo! The portion sizes have gone down immensely but the food taste and satisfaction are still there. The food is fresh made to order and they confirm your order as they cook it. We enjoy the sumo size chicken and beef and it feeds my 1.5 year old daughter and myself. There isn't as much meat as it used to be but it'd enough to get you by. Will definitely be going back for quick meal when we don't have time to cook.

Average Edo experience. The staff are a bit difficult to communicate with here. It seems that they don't listen too intently or try to anticipate what you want like they do at other Edo locations. The food tasted good and the portions were correct but it really bothers me that when I want hot sauce that I have to ask for it and when I do, it comes in tge tiniest amounts in the tiniest ramekins. It comes off as cheap. Leave the bottle on the counter and let me decide how much hot sauce I want to put on like many other good locations do! Anything else comes off as cheap and unfriendly. The sushi rolls were not as fresh here as other locations. I could tell they were made earlier in the day and had been sitting because the rice was not as fresh. I came in the early afternoon after the peak lunch hour so maybe I was given what was leftover. Edo can and usually does better at other locations. Not a horrible experience, but certainly not a great one either.
